Planning & booking
Our primary focus is complete vacation planning. While we do arrange airfare as part of a vacation package or cruise, we generally do not book standalone airline tickets.
The earlier, the better! Booking early often means the best availability, pricing, and room selection—especially for cruises, holiday travel, and popular resorts. That said, if you’re looking for a last-minute getaway, we’ll gladly help with that too.
Not at all! We work with travelers of all budgets. Our goal is to help you get the best value for your vacation while matching you with the destination and experience that’s right for you.
Absolutely! Whether you’ve done a little research or already have a destination in mind, we’re happy to help refine your plans, recommend the right resort or cruise, and make sure every detail is covered.
We plan everything from all-inclusive Caribbean and Mexico vacations to European adventures, Alaska cruises, river cruises, luxury travel, family vacations, honeymoons, destination weddings, escorted tours, and custom itineraries. Payments & pricing
Yes. We highly recommend travel protection for every vacation. Travel insurance can help protect your investment if unexpected events occur before or during your trip. We’ll explain your options so you can choose the coverage that’s right for you. We have some preferred vendors that are great!
Not necessarily! Our pricing is the same as booking directly with the supplier. Some vacations do include a professional planning fee, depending on the complexity of the itinerary. We’ll always explain any fees upfront, and many clients find the time saved and personalized service are well worth the investment.
On the trip
One of the biggest benefits of working with a travel advisor is having someone in your corner. If you experience flight disruptions, weather delays, or other travel issues, we’ll do everything we can to help you find a solution and work with our travel partners on your behalf. We also highly recommend cancellation/travel insurance, it’s a very wise investment in your travel plans.
Groups & weddings
Yes! We specialize in group travel, including family reunions, destination weddings, anniversary celebrations, friends’ getaways, corporate incentive trips, and more. We handle the details so you can enjoy spending time with your group. We actually have several groups that one of our advisor’s travel with the group!
