When I step off the plane in Jamaica I feel amazing. I have a happiness and energy that comes over me that I can’t really describe. I truly love the Jamaican people. They are so warm and welcoming, their happiness is contagious, that is probably why I feel so happy there! Although I have been to many locations in Jamaica that I love, Negril is my very favorite. Sitting on the beach at sunset you feel like you’re at the end of the earth. Their sunset is the most beautiful I have ever seen. If I could hop on a plane and go anywhere in the world tomorrow it would be to Jamaica!
St. Thomas is my favorite destination of all, every time I come back for a visit, I feel like I have “come home”. From the very first time I set foot on St. Thomas, I fell in love with the beautiful views, the stunning blue waters and the beautiful rolling hills, it will take your breath away. St. Thomas is the largest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands,. You are within 20 minutes by ferry to St. John and St. Croix as well as the British Virgin Islands. St Thomas has a lot of great shopping, nightlife and adventure awaiting you. I can not wait to go back!
My favorite destination is Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya. From some of the most beautiful stretches of beach to the quaint resorts this tropical paradise is perfect place to escape from it all. You can spend your days laying in a hammock on the beach or go shopping and dining on 5th Avenue. If you enjoy adventure your options are many from snorkeling in the cenotes, zip lining over the tree tops or dining at an authentic seaside restaurant. Whenever I have a chance to getaway, whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a week long family vacation Playa Del Carmen will always be my first choice.
